Often Passivity comes slowly over time when we've begun to give up and grow weary, feeling like the rewards aren't worth the effort. When we've lost our sense of purpose and identity and have become discouraged. Sometimes our own strength fails us because we've been striving in our own efforts. The enemy wants us to surrender to passivity and become stuck, but God invites us to surrender to Him and be strengthened again.
Jesus calls men to be ACTIVE
For guys it often feels like discouragement is all around us, but as disciples we are strengthened primarily by the Lord. We also need encouragement from brothers in Christ to become the leaders God created us to be. Be encouraged God didn't make a mistake creating you male, and He has a purpose for your life.
Where do guys get encouragement from
The one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is not fit for the Kingdom of God. Keep looking forward toward the prize in Christ, and do not grow weary. In due time there is a harvest.

Trafficking of the enemy involves trying to break you down and wear you out to control you. But Jesus is greater. Jesus breaks the chains and gives you the authority to say "No!" This is your calling to stop living in old identity, to stop being passive, stop dissociating, and stop seeking the false comforts of the world as an escape. Be present in the moment, for Christ is your strength to face the day today.

God often leads us through the same season in stages to mature our trust in Him. This builds our endurance to keep going when the path takes directions.
Same Situation, Deeper Faith.
You may feel overwhelmed, but don't grow weary to the point of disconnecting from God. He will renew your strength.
God will renew your strength.
The cares of the world will choke us out and try to rob us. The world is puffing itself up, and the assignment is to draw our attention onto the things happening in it to lead us into fear and such a concern that it robs us of our joy and peace. Hold onto your peace in Christ as your most prized possession, and keep your focus directed on Him. Do not let the worries of the world pull your attention away from the Kingdom of God.
Don't let the thorns of the world choke your peace
When you start to follow the Jesus and turn away from the world, sometimes the resistance we encounter comes from people who were familiar with us a certain way in the past. Listen to God's voice, and walk in obedience to Him, pleasing God over pleasing man.
